A broadcasting system for automatically organizing a broadcasting schedule is provided to monitor the download frequency of contents on the Internet and reflect the monitoring result to the organization of the broadcasting schedule, thereby automatically organizing the broadcasting schedule by reflecting viewer's preferences. A broadcasting system for automatically organizing a broadcasting schedule comprises the following parts: a monitoring server(110) which determines the priority order of a contents file list according to preference information obtained from a VOD(Video On Demand) server; a broadcasting organizing server(130) which automatically organizes the broadcasting schedule according to the priority order determined by the monitoring server; and a broadcasting transmitting server(140) which transmits a corresponding contents file to a broadcasting receiving apparatus according to the organized broadcasting schedule.
