A display and speaker module is provided to be mounted in a multimedia smart phone handset without losing flexibility of the panel and the ability to generate a desired resonance. A display and speaker module includes a first flexible substrate(21), a rear substrate, a second flexible substrate(22), a front substrate, a liquid crystal layer(23), and a sealant(24). On the surface of the first flexible substrate(21), two transducers(28,29) are provided and the liquid crystal is connected to a speaker electric device(31) through a wire or track(30). A DML(Distribution Modal Loudspeaker) includes the transducers(28,29), the speaker electric device(31) and the flexible substrates. The transducers(28,29) includes at least one distribution mode actuator. The speaker electric unit(31) generates a bending wave in a flexible display by applying force to the substrates. The bending wave causes an acoustic signal discharged from the module.
