The present invention relates to a starter culture automatic inserting apparatus, which comprises an insertion port in which one side of a seed line formed by twisting multiple ropes is inserted; a working table installed to be separated from the insertion port and including a discharge port discharging the seed line inserted into the insertion port; a unwinding unit installed on one side of the working table, and formed to supply a thread transplanted with starter cultures to the working table by winding the thread transplanted with starter cultures; a guide member combined with multiple fixing rings capable of inserting the thread transplanted with the starter cultures into and guiding the supply of the thread transplanted with the starter cultures; a driving unit installed on the upper part of the working table and formed to repeat the descending and ascending in the seed line direction; at least one control unit installed in the state of having the thread transplanted with the starter cultures inserted, and formed to change the fixing force applied to the thread transplanted with the starter cultures as the driving unit ascends and descends; a pin shaped insertion pin installed to be fixed to a fixture on one side and having an insertion hole capable of inserting the thread transplanted with the starter cultures into formed the other side; an insertion unit including a cutting unit formed on one side so as to cut the thread transplanted with the starter cultures when the insertion unit ascends and/or descends from the seed line; a winding unit having a roller and formed to wind the seed line discharged by the discharge port. |
