<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspecting device for a liquid crystal panel by which a probe can be connected to a mounted terminal with satisfactory accuracy without incurring complicated procedures. <P>SOLUTION: Positioning of the liquid crystal panel 100 placed on a chip table 72 using the outline of a counter substrate 102 as a standard is performed by using positioning faces 84 and 85 set on the side surfaces of a pair of arms 76 and 77 and the probe 60 is moved in only one axial direction relatively to the mounted terminal 103 of the liquid crystal panel 100 positioned on the chip table 72 to be connected to the mounted terminal 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
