PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a signal processing circuit operates with a power supply voltage lower than the regulated voltages set by regulation circuits despite a power with higher supply voltage is supplied thereto and unnecessary power is being consumed. SOLUTION: The problem is solved by providing a booster circuit to boost a power supply voltage and to generate a boosted voltage; a first regulation circuit, supplied with the power supply voltage to generate a first voltage lower than the power supply voltage; a second regulation circuit, supplied with the power supply voltage to generate a second voltage, higher than the first voltage, according to the input level of an external device; a drive circuit which operates, while being supplied with the boosted voltage and transfers out information charges of a solid-state imaging device, to obtain an image signal; a signal processing circuit which operates, while being supplied with the first voltage and applies prescribed signal processing to the image signal output from the solid-state imaging device; and an output circuit which operates, while being supplied with the second voltage and outputs the image signal, to which signal processing has been applied in the signal processing circuit.
