PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device having an impedance adjustment circuit with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device includes a plurality of sets output circuits in each of which output impedance is varied by a first impedance code, and a first impedance control circuit for generating the first impedance code in accordance with a first resistance element connected to an external terminal. The first impedance control circuit includes an encoder which converts the first impedance code into serial data and sends the serial data. Each of the plurality of sets of output circuits includes a decoder for receiving the serial data to regenerate the first impedance code. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
