PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device whose replacement time can be predicted.SOLUTION: An organic EL device comprises: an illumination part 20; and an indicator part 21. In the illumination part 20, a light emitting function layer has a blue light emitting layer and a red green light emitting layer. The red green light emitting layer may emit red green light by being doped with a dopant. Light emitted from the blue light emitting layer is superimposed with light emitted from the red green light emitting layer in lighting, so that the illumination part 20 may extract white light. In the indicator part 21, the dopant is removed from the light emitting function layer. Further, the indicator layer 21 may convert the wavelength of light emitted from the blue light emitting layer using a polarization film capable of converting the wavelength of light to extract white light, and visually informs the replacement time of the organic EL device on the basis of a difference of the extracted white light. |
