PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate reduction of a size, allow inexpensive manufacture and obtain stable heating performance.SOLUTION: A fluid heater 231 for heating a fluid with a heater 232 is formed with an internal flow passage 231R having a lead-in port 231a for introducing the fluid and a lead-out port 231b for leading out the fluid, and is equipped with a heating block 231 formed with a heater insertion part 231H extending in a predetermined axial direction.
