PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measurement accuracy by preventing one-side contact between measurement contact parts side in contact with a measuring object, and measurement reference parts side in contact with reference plane of the measuring object.SOLUTION: A measurement apparatus 100 according to the present invention includes: a plurality of measurement reference parts 101 coming into contact with a reference plane 2a of a measuring object 2; a plurality of measurement contact parts 102A and 102B coming into contact with measuring parts 8a and 9a of the measuring object; and measuring instruments 103A and 103B for measuring a distance between the reference plane and the measuring parts, with the measurement reference parts and the measurement contact parts in contact with the reference plane and the measuring parts respectively. The measurement reference parts and the contact parts include: stationary parts 112, 141A and 141B; and movable parts 113, 143A and 143B that are movable with respect to the stationary parts and including contact surfaces 113a, 143Aa, and 143Ba coming into contact with the reference plane and the measuring parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
