PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation bearing that hardly causes creeping discharge and has high-reliability under a high-voltage environment.SOLUTION: In the insulation bearing in which an insulation layer (4) is formed in at least one of an outer ring (2) and an inner ring, at least one of the outer ring (2) and the inner ring includes a step part (10).
