A system for the treatment of waste water of casting and roll complex, containing primary settler with pump station, pressure conduit of primary treated water, filters with granular loading, pipeline of filtered water, cooling tower, reservoir for cooled filtered water with pump station and pressure conduit for supply of cooled filtered water to casting and roll complex and pump station and pressure conduit for supply of cooled filtered water to washing of filters and pipeline for the outlet of the spent rinse water of filters, and the system is additionally equipped with the plant for the preparation and dosing of coagulants and flocculants, mixer for mixing of primary treated water with coagulants and flocculants, fixed on pressure conduit of primary treated water, thin-layer flocculator for the treatment of the spent rinse water of filters, inlet pipeline of which is connected with pipeline for the outlet of the spent rinse water of filters, inlet reservoir for the treated rinse water of filters, connected with pipeline with thin-layer flocculator and equipped with pump station with pressure conduit for supply of the treated rinse water of filters to pressure conduit of primary treated water on section to mixer for mixing of primary treated water with coagulants and flocculants. The plant for the preparation and dosing of coagulants and flocculants is connected with pipeline with pressure conduit of primary treated water on section to mixer for mixing of primary treated water with coagulants and flocculants and pipeline with inlet pipeline of thin-layer flocculator. |
