PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device for raising plant which is capable of efficiently radiating heat generated in light-emitting elements, and has excellent drip-proof properties and is controllable by a radio signal, and to provide an illumination system for raising plant which can control a plurality of illumination devices for raising plant by a common control unit.SOLUTION: In an illumination device for raising plant, a plurality of light-emitting elements parallely provided on an element substrate are disposed inside a housing made of metal so as to face window members which are provided for light-emitting openings of the housing and have light permeability, an antenna part for sending/receiving a radio signal for controlling the light-emitting elements is positioned in a protruding manner between the element substrate and the window members ahead a light-emitting direction from a level of a light-emitting opening edge in the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
