<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a load by speed control depending on the manipulated variable of an operating lever, and drive the load while feeling more the load. SOLUTION: This hydraulic control device is equipped with a solenoid proportional valve 9 by which outlet/inlet lines 8A, 8B connected to a hydraulic motor 2 are connected/disconnected with/from each other, pressure gauges 10A, 10B detecting pressure P1, P2 in these lines 8A, 8B and a controller 11 outputting a control signal to the solenoid proportional valve 9. In the controller 11, differential pressure (P1-P2) in front of and behind the hydraulic motor 2 is calculated by the signals from the pressure gauges 10A, 10B, and a target flow Qa is figured out by multiplying this differential pressure by a predetermined gain K. Next, a target opening rate A required for passing this target flow Qa is figured out, and the valve opening of the solenoid proportional valve 9 is controlled to this target opening rate A. If the differential pressure (P1-P2) is large, the flow Qa passed through the solenoid proportional valve 9 is increased, therefore operation can be performed while feeling a load.</p> |
