Method for automatic preparation and optimization of team meetings using an application program loaded on a server and accessed by a number of authorized workstations. The method has the following steps: transmission of a meeting plan by a team leader to the server application; collection or related document sets relating to meeting points; sorting of document sets according to input date and automatic assignment of version numbers to each document set; transmission of revisions to the document sets to the team leader and; transmission of conclusions to the team leader computer.
