PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a high-quality image by virtually adjusting and processing the intensity of flush light in image correction based on an image photographed by emitting flush light and an image photographed without emitting flush light. SOLUTION: A flush component image is calculated on the basis of a first image photographed without emitting the flush light and a second one photographed by emitting the flush light, an intensity adjustment flush component image generated by adjusting intensity in the flush component image is applied to generate a final adjustment image, thus generating a saturated pixel in a nonlinear conversion image, such as gamma correction, namely the high-quality image in which bright-area-gradation deterioration is reduced.
