The invention relates to medicine, particularly to medical equipment, which can be used in obstetrics and gynecology for protecting the fetal bladder during cerclage of uterine neck.The device for protection of fetal bladder during cerclage of uterine neck comprises a hollow cylindrical body formed of two portions (1), (2), connected by means of a thread. The channel of portion (1) by 2/3 is made with internal thread, and 1/3 from the part of the work end (9) is made threadless with a larger diameter. The channel of portion (2) by 1/4 from the part of the free end is also made with internal thread, and the threadless part (10) of portion (2) is made with a large diameter. Inside the body is placed a threaded rod, formed of two portions (3), (4), connected by thread to a guide (5), mounted in the channel of portion (2) of the body by means of a nut (6). The guide (5) is rigidly affixed to the end of portion (3) on the inside of the body and the free end of portion (3) of the rod is connected by thread and fixed by means of a nut (7) to a silicon piece made in the shape of a funnel (11) of a diameter of 2.0…4.5 cm. The free end of portion (4) is provided with a handle (8). |
