The present invention relates to a reel-to-reel inspection device and a reel-to-reel inspection method. The reel-to-reel inspection device in accordance with the present invention includes a drawing unit for drawing a roll-shaped object to be inspected while releasing the object to be inspected; a first inspection unit for imaging one side of the object to be inspected discharged from the drawing unit; a second inspection unit for imaging the other side of the object to be inspected which is passed through the first inspection unit; a marking unit for displaying a marker on the object to be inspected which is passed through the second inspection unit; and a winding unit for winding the object to be inspected which is passed through the making unit in a roll form.
