The present invention refers to a process for the manufacture of membranes of difluoride polyvinyl polymers of the ferroelectric type, which comprises the steps of: a) combining difluoride polyvinyl with a solvent in a test tube of glass in a ratio of 20% of solute and 80% of solvent, for obtaining a ferrofluid; b) exposing the ferrofluid obtained in a) at a temperature of 100°C for 30 minutes within a heater with temperature control; and c) performing the electrospinning of the ferrofluid heated in b) by implementing an oven placed at a height of 10 cm over a collector plate and using a voltage of 15 kV for 1 hour.
