A bicycle battery holder assembly 12 includes a terminal support portion 20 and a pair of seal members 22. The terminal support portion has a pair of electrical terminals 34 extending therefrom. The pair of electrical terminals are configured to extend into corresponding terminal receiving portions 50 of a battery. The seal members extend around respective ones of the electrical terminals.
