A breast cancer diagnostic kit comprising an antibody specific to a flavin reductase protein marker is provided to show high specificity and accuracy of diagnosis and diagnose the breast cancer very conveniently using blood of a patient, thereby being usefully used for an early diagnosis of the breast cancer. A kit for diagnosing breast cancer comprises an antibody specific to a flavin reductase protein marker having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 1. The kit further comprises a secondary antibody conjugate where a marker colored by a reaction with a substrate is conjugated, a coloring substrate solution which is subject to the color reaction with the marker, a washing solution and an enzyme reaction stopping solution. Further, the antibody is multi-clone antibody or single-clone antibody.
