PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that owing to long size of shorting ring coil (printed conductor), resistance of the shorting ring coil is so large that generated induction current can not be enlarged enough and induction current to a detection coil at a stator side can not be enlarged, so the change in the electromagnetic induction coupling between the electromagnetic coil and the detection coil of the stator is small, as a result, an angle detecting sensor with high precision can not be provided. SOLUTION: In a rotor part, first plural shorting ring coils, each of them is electrically insulated, which are periodically arranged along a rotation direction and a second shorting ring coil, being insulated from the first plural shorting ring coils, of which a part closes to the first plural shorting ring type coils so as to surround the periphery of the rotational axis.
