PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid managing device capable of informing a gas utility of a gas using actual state of a user by informing a center (gas utility) of a learning state corresponding to the flow rate and using time of a measuring fluid such as gas at an appropriate timing. SOLUTION: A gas meter 1 comprises a measuring section 11 for measuring the flow rate of gas, a shielding section 14 for shielding or supplying the gas, a microcomputer 10a for resetting the shielding set value for driving the shielding section 14 when the gas flow rate value reaches a predetermined condition, and a terminal base 15 for outputting the learning information learned by the microcomputer 10a to the outside. When the microcomputer 10a starts to learn, a predetermined time passes after the start of the learning, or the learning is completed, the terminal base 15 outputs the learning information learned by the microcomputer 10a to the outside.
