PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an electric wire inside a heat insulating box from disconnection without complicating the wiring work. SOLUTION: A lower surface side of a top opening 33 is covered with an air duct 35 provided with a drain pan 38, and flanges 36B and 37C provided in the peripheral edge of the air duct 35 are made to abut on the lower surface side opening edge of the top opening 33, and locked by a screw 42 so as to form a cooler chamber 34. A drain heater 49 is installed in an inlet part of a drain path 44 provided in a depth wall 10A of a main body 10, and a lead wire 49A is arranged through the back surface of the peripheral wall 71 of a connecting frame 70 structuring the peripheral surface of the top opening 33. The back surface of the peripheral wall 71 of the connecting frame 70 is provided with a regulating part 100 formed of two vertical regulating plates 101, and the regulating plates 101 are formed to be projected so as to pinch a screw hole 68 wherein the screw 42 is screwed to be projected.
