PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus and a program, which can arrange circuit information in a suitable storage place other than a programmable device in accordance with a prescribed condition. SOLUTION: A sub-control part 12a which is a programmable device operates while setting or changing logical circuits in accordance with circuit information stored in a storage part (configuration memory) in the sub-control part 12a. A main control part 14 determines a storage place for storing the circuit information on the basis of an index corresponding to the circuit information. Examples of storage places include: a local memory 12b in an accelerator; a main storage part 16; an auxiliary storage part 18; a storage part included in a server 28 connected through a communication part 26; and the like. Further, the main control part 14 writes the circuit information in the determined storage place. Further, the main control part 14 reads out the circuit information from the storage place and writes the read circuit information in the storage part (configuration memory) in the sub-control part 12a.
