<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker preventing abnormal heating of small cooking ingredients, and conducting heating cooking by quickly returning to high heating power even in cooking shaking a pan like stir-fried food. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker has an inverter (5) converting input current into high-frequency current and supplying to a heating coil; a material detecting part (61) discriminating whether the material of a heating object is in a first region showing that the material should not heat or not by comparing the magnitude of the input current with that of the high-frequency current; and a control part (65) having a heating prevention function stopping the inverter when discrimination results of the material detecting part shows the material exists in the first region. The control part has a stopping delay function continuing operation without stopping the inverter when the detected value of the material detecting part enters the first region after a stopping delay condition at which the input current exceeds a prescribed value is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
