The present disclosure provides a method and device for reverse transmission of audio in a wireless same-screen system. The method for reverse transmission of audio applied in sending equipment of the wireless same-screen system comprises the steps: discovering receiving equipment of the wireless same-screen system, and establishing a connection with the receiving equipment; negotiating with the receiving equipment about reverse transmission ability of audio from the receiving equipment to the sending equipment; after the success of negotiation, starting listening to the port of the reverse audio channel by the sending equipment; receiving the audio data sent by the receiving equipment through the port of the reverse audio channel.
