The purpose of the present invention is to provide an information processing device, an input device, an information processing device control method, an input device control method, and a program which are capable of improving operability. In an embodiment of the present technique, an information processing device is provided with a main body, a detection unit, and a control unit. The main body comprises a display unit and an enclosure unit which supports the display unit. The detection unit has a detection area provided on the surface of the enclosure unit, and is configured to be able to electrostatically detect a pressing force applied to the detection area. The control unit is configured to control an image displayed on the display unit, on the basis of a pressing input operation which is performed on the detection area, and movement included in said pressing input operation.
