The present invention relates to a surface grinder for removing a paint film having a dust collecting apparatus which is mounted on a pressure rod of a skid loader which is multi-purpose construction equipment to remove a road sign or a waterproof membrane, sucks and collects dust produced when removing the road sign or the waterproof membrane, and uses a hydraulic pressure used in surface grinding to drive and operate a dust collecting apparatus for sucking dust. According to the present invention, the surface grinder for removing a paint film having a dust collecting apparatus comprises: a surface grinding apparatus installed on a pressure rod on a front surface of heavy equipment, and provided with a surface grinding unit drive hydraulic motor arranged inside a dust blocking plate and a surface grinding unit driven by the surface grinding unit drive hydraulic motor; and a dust collecting apparatus to capture and collect dust produced by driving the surface grinding apparatus. The dust collecting apparatus comprises: a case having a door, in which sucked dust is stored; and a dust collecting pump driven by a dust collecting pump drive hydraulic motor to generate a suction force in the case. The dust collecting pump drive hydraulic motor is driven by receiving a hydraulic pressure discharged after driving the surface grinding unit drive hydraulic motor. |
