The present invention relates to a toilet flush valve having a water stop cap. A general flush valve is used in a toilet of a public institution, a building, etc. where many people uses as the flush valve has an excrement key and a urine button. The toilet flush valve having a water stop cap, according to the present invention, discharges a fixed amount of water and then automatically cuts off water regardless of the time and intensity that a user presses by installing a water stop cap in a hole formed in the top center of a piston to discharge a fixed amount of water when the urine button is pressed. |
