The present invention provides an LNG fuel supply system capable of reliquefying boil-off gas. The LNG fuel supply system capable of reliquefying boil-off gas comprises: a booster pump installed inside a low pressure fuel tank storing LNG; a separator, a high pressure pump, a primary evaporator, and a secondary evaporator sequentially installed in a main line connecting the booster pump and an engine; and a reliquefying means reliquefying boil-off gas separated from the LNG supplied to the high pressure pump by the separator and enabling the boil-off gas to be returned to the low pressure fuel tank. The present invention prevents an increase in fuel costs.
