PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape measure holder capable of suppressing the fracture of a receiving portion.SOLUTION: A tape measure holder 100 which is used for holding a tape measure 102 in a state to be attached to a belt 101 comprises: an insertion body 10 attached to the tape measure 102; and a main body 20 capable of receiving the insertion body 10. The main body 20 includes an attachment portion 21 for being attached to the belt 101, and a receiving portion R for receiving the insertion body 10.
