The handheld equipment 1 can have the transmission frequency thereof set to a registration frequency fr and communication frequency fc, and transmits a registration request signal Sr, which contains information on the communication frequency fc, at the registration frequency fr. The onboard equipment 2 receives the registration request signal S1 with the receiving frequency thereof set to the registration frequency fr, and acquires the communication frequency fc of the handheld equipment 1 on the basis of the registration request signal Sr. The handheld equipment 1 and the onboard equipment 2 use the communication frequency fc to transmit or receive a start request signal Ss. |
