PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand device for supporting a display part for displaying an image and capable of preventing a fall in a back and forth direction to the display part with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A stand device 20 includes: a pedestal part 22 installed on an installation surface f; a support 21 erected on the pedestal part 22 and connected with a display part 10; and an installation prevention part 23 mounted on the pedestal part 22 for preventing the fall to the front X1 of the display part 10. The fall prevention part 23 includes: a movable body 31 provided on the pedestal part 22 which is movable in the back and forth direction between a projection position P1 and an evacuation position P2; a weight 55 rotatably provided around an axial line J1 and rotating in conjunction with an inclination to a front X1 of a display surface 11a; and a projection part 54 provided to engage with the movable body 31 arranged at the evacuation position P2 and for rotating in conjunction with the rotation of the weight 55. The projection part 54 is separated from the movable body 31 when the display surface 11a inclines to the front X1 at an angle larger than a prescribed angle in an engaged state with the movable body 31.
