PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide coated copper fine particle having both of oxidation resistance and sinterability and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: Thee is provided an oxide coated copper fine particle constituted by a core particle (A) consisting of a copper fine particle, a first coating layer (B) consisting of oxide mainly containing cuprous oxide formed on a surface of the core particle (A) and further a second coated layer (C) mainly containing long chain aliphatic amine in an outer side thereof and having an oxygen absorption amount calculated by weight change when reaching 450°C during heating to 550°C in atmosphere at temperature rise rate of 10°C/min. in a thermogravimetric analysis of 50% or less of the oxygen amount needed for that cuprous oxide and metal copper in the oxide coated copper particle becomes copper oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
