摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and improved method for determining the charge rate of a carbon-containing highly reactive charging material capable of previously determining the suitable charge rate of a charging material, and to provide a blast furnace operation method using the determination method.SOLUTION: A method for determining the charge rate of a carbon-containing highly reactive charging material is characterized by including the steps of: specifying as the upper limit charge rate of a surplus carbonaceous material, the basic unit of a surplus carbonaceous material at the time when the availability of reduced gas present in a blast furnace maximizes, and also specifying as the upper limit charge rate of cement, the basic unit of cement at the time when the availability of the reduced gas maximizes; calculating the ratio of the upper limit charge rates of the surplus carbonaceous material and cement as a threshold; and determining the charge rate of the carbon-containing highly reactive charging material on the basis of the content rate of the surplus carbonaceous material and the content rate of cement in the carbon-containing highly reactive charging material, and the threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
