A tunnel (7) is placed between the draining and weighting stations where the fruits are sprayed with liquid nitrogen. The remaining nitrogen in gaseous state is suck-in the vessel (8) containing the weighting and packing stations. The gas can go through the same tunnel as the fruits or through a second pipe (9).</p> |
