<p>The present invention relates to a plastic nail file which is made by forming pattern layers by transferring them on both sides of the stick shaped plastic plate comprising materials such as PC(polycarbonate), PE, PP, acetals and so forth, and by forming adhesive layers by applying transparent or translucent adhesives on the pattern layers on both sides by the screen printing method, and then by applying and attaching the transparent abrasive grains having relatively different grain sizes on the adhesive layers by the screen printing method, so that, as a result, the appearance of the nail file may be decorated with the pattern layers more in styleless and elegant, and the grinding and trimming of nail may be performed simultaneously by using only one nail file because on one side, large abrasive grains are applied to obtain rough grind effect and on the other side, relatively small sized grains are applied to obtain soft puffing effect by making the abrasive grain sizes on both sides of the file different each other.</p> |
