The present invention relates to a greenhouse watering system comprising: a solar panel generating electricity by converting solar energy into electric energy; an independent electricity converting unit converting electricity produced in the solar panel and outputting; a grid connected electricity converting unit connected with an external system power source, converting electricity supplied from the system power source and outputting; a supplying unit supplying electricity outputted from one of the independent electricity converting unit and the grid connected electricity converting unit; and an irrigation control unit connected to the supply unit and controlling the amount of irrigation depending on soil moisture content in the greenhouse and predetermined irritation time.
