PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein independent communication requires dedicated equipment which does not employ microcomputer to have to be realized at low cost, in order to realize many-to-many control communication which uses the equipment, but that it is necessary to use a high-accuracy time measuring function and an expensive vibrator, in order to realize communication if high communication efficiency and no communication interval variation fulfilling the requirement of communication for control. SOLUTION: A communication system is used, wherein communication nodes on a network transmits information of a fixed length, the number of transmission nodes on the network is fixed, and an address signal is then periodically transmitted from a node which manages network communication, to prompt transmission of each node.
