PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full surround photographing apparatus and lens complex in which there is no parallax even when a plurality of imaging units are used, and further, an image of the full surround of 360°can be acquired without missing any field of view. SOLUTION: Spherical shell structure is formed by tightly contacting a plurality of wide-angle lenses 2A, 2A with each other at their edges, an internal space 5 wherein an imaging units can be installed, is defined in the spherical shell structure, and thus a lens complex 2 is configured.
