PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange a speaker grill made of an etching metal. SOLUTION: A speaker grill 5, comprising an etching metal, is mounted in a speaker box body 1 so as to be freely exchangeable. Namely, according to the arrangement of the hole and/or the size of the hole diameter and/or passing-through/not-passing-through the hole, the speaker grill 5 comprising the etching metal formed with a pattern or picture is mounted freely detachably via a fixing means to the speaker box body 1. As the fixing means, screw, a magnet, a double coated tape or a releasable adhesive can be used.
