PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control program, an information recording device, and an image browsing system by which a user can simply browse image data recorded in a recording medium with a portable telephone. SOLUTION: The information recording device 1 is at least provided with a data input means 15 for inputting image data from a digital camera and a medium, a data conversion means 18 which prepares reduced image data obtained by reducing the data size of the inputted image data and converts the image data to data in a format reproducible with image reproducing equipment if required, a data recording means 19 for recording the data in the recording medium, an ID information generating means 17 for generating ID information related to the reduced image data such as identification information of the recording medium and date/time information, and a data transmission means 20 for transmitting the reduced image data and the ID information to a server.
