PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing plate which raises an yield ratio by reducing the camber of the reinforcing plate and the like in mounting of an electronic part for a flexible printed wiring board. SOLUTION: The reinforcing plate is one for use in the case where an electronic part is mounted on a flexible printed wiring board. The reinforcing plate is provided with a plurality of cross-shaped pierced holes. The reinforcing plate has the thickness of 0.3 to 5 mm.
