A wind vector determining device comprises a first pitot tube (1) with a stagnation pressure opening; a static pressure tube (3) with a reference pressure opening; a pressure converter connected to the pitot tube and the pressure tube; and a second pitot tube (2) with a stagnation pressure opening directed in the chamber in the other direction to the opening of the first pitot tube. The second pitot tube is also connected to the pressure converter. Preferred Features: The stagnation pressure openings are directed at an angle of 45 degrees to the main axis (32) of the device and have an angle of 90 degrees to the direction of the reference pressure opening of the static pressure tube. The stagnation pressure openings of the pitot tubes are arranged in the same plane. The pressure converter is arranged with the pitot tubes and the static pressure tube within the same device support tube (12).
