A viewing angle control apparatus of a wall tapestry TV is provided to make the TV move up and down or right and left, thereby watching the TV in a comfort posture. An ascent/descent member(30) is up/down-movably mounted along a guide(17) within a stand(3). An x-shape expansion member(10) moves the ascent/descent member by the expansion force. A driving member(40) drives the expansion member. Connection members(14,14'15) connect the ascent/descent member with the expansion member. A circular shaft(16) is installed at the ascent/descent member.
