A cupping glass having a silicone packing is provided to prevent a glass body from being polluted by blood or secretion, and to maintain durability without deformation of a shape due to thermal resistance of silicone even in boiling or heating the packing for sterilization. The cupping glass having a silicone packing includes: an air vent(40) for inhalation and exhaust; a grip part(60); a concave part(80) for applying pressure by being attached to the skin; a packing(100); a groove(120) for maintaining vacuum airtightness by fixture of the cupping glass and packing; a packing punching part(140). The packing is made of a silicone material containing antifungal metal such as gold, silver, copper, and titanium.
