An architectural plastering panel using a metal sheet and method of manufacturing the same are provided to arrange the metal sheet made of aluminum on the specific portion of a typical plastering panel. A method of manufacturing an architectural plastering panel using a metal sheet comprises preparing a first base material(2) in which a craft sheet is impregnated into phenol resin, at least one second base material(3) in which a patterned sheet is impregnated into melamine resin, a third base material(4) made of a primer-processed metal sheet, and a fourth base material(5) made of a particleboard (PB) or a medium density fiberboard (MDF), stacking the first base material on one or opposite surfaces of the fourth base material, disposing the second and third base materials on the first base material with the third base material interposed between two or more second base materials, and bonding all of the disposed materials under unit pressure of 15kg/cm to 20kg/cm, at a temperature of 160 to 180 degrees for a time of 20 to 40 seconds.
