A multi-functional animal treatment apparatus is provided to cut toenails and fur of animals safely, to be used conveniently and to prevent accidents in advance by adjusting cutting depth of a space adjusting portion. A multi-functional animal treatment apparatus includes a handle(10), a blade portion(20) and a space adjusting portion(40). The space adjusting portion(40) is pivotally hinge-coupled to one side of the blade portion(20), and adjusts the cutting depth of toenails disposed between the blade portions(20). The space adjusting portion(40) includes a hinge and one or more adjusting plates(42). The hinge is coupled to the blade portion(20), and fixes the widened state of the blade portions(20). The adjusting plates pivot on the hinge and adjust the cutting depth.
