PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triple lake dam structure capable of flowing sediment to the downstream side by easily removing the deposit at the bottom of the dam by general devices without losing the functions (water storage, power generation, sand retaining) of the dam. SOLUTION: This dam structure comprises: a dam body 2 for intercepting a river having water discharge passages 2a, 2b for water discharge 2c on the left and right sides; a partition 3 extended from between the left and right water discharge passages 2a, 2b of the bank body 2 in the upstream 9 direction of the river and dividing a stored water into left and right dam lakes 6, 7; and left and right dams 4, 5 constructed from the end of the partition 3 to lakefronts 6a, 7a, respectively, and forming an upstream pond 8 on the upstream sides of the left and right dam lakes 6, 7, respectively.
