PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curl-of-paper preventing device capable of efficiently preventing curl to be caused in a printed paper sheet to be delivered from the image forming section. SOLUTION: An air suction mechanism having a suction opening for sucking four corners of a paper sheet P downward is provided in a delivery position of the paper sheets P formed with images in an image forming section and to be delivered. As the air suction mechanism, for example, a suction box 31 and a suction fan 32 for sucking air inside the suction box 31 are provided, and structured so that the sheet P in the delivery position is maintained flat for a predetermined time by the suction work of the suction opening of the suction box 31. Desirably, a conveying mechanism for conveying the sheet P, which is maintained flat for a predetermined time in the delivery position, to a sheet processing device in a following process is provided.
